Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management tool, which will grant you complete authority over your e-mailboxes and mail campaigns. Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your email mailbox accounts against junk electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome e-mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your emails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific e-mail box.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming e-mail messages according to certain rules defined by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your email box accounts and select the mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mail messages from one email box account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail accounts. Just choose the mailbox you would like to forward mail messages from, then select the target email mailbox and select if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your choosing to access your mailbox accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you would like to set up on your computer or handheld device and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail account will be configured in an instant.

The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will do everything else.
